January 11th	Bisham Woods
	An extra task. We will be thinning ash saplings in these woods which are owned by the Woodland Trust. Parking off the A308. Grid Ref: 851 842
January 18th	Berkshire College of Agriculture, Burchetts Green
	We’re joining students from the Countryside College (BCA) to make hazel hurdles. Grid Ref: 834 819
February 1st	Waltham St Lawrence allotments
	Today we are returning to the allotments at Waltham St Lawrence to weed round the trees that we planted two years ago. Grid Ref: 831 766
February 15th	Braywick Nature Centre, Maidenhead
	We will be selectively thinning trees on the raised landfill to give those that remain space to grow. Braywick Nature Centre is off Hibbert Road near the Braywick roundabout. Grid Ref: 895 796

June 6th	Wildmoor Heath nr Crowthorne
	Bracken bashing at the BBOWT. If bracken is allowed to spread it will shade out the rarer plants such as orchids on the reserve. Meet in the car park under the pylons, off the Crowthorne Road. Grid Ref: 837 631
June 20th	Englemere Pond, near Ascot

July 18th	Bray Pit, near Maidenhead
	Bray Pit is a BBOWT reserve for which Martin is the volunteer warden. As a change from our normal type of work we are going to carry out a survey and/or collect rattle seed. No experience required for the survey! Drive down Monkey Island Land, fork left and park beyond the windsurfing centre. Grid Ref: 905 787
August 1st	The Coombes, Sindlesham
	** This is a change to the original programme. We’ll be doing rights of way repairs at The Coombes. Meet in Mole Road (B3030). We haven’t been given a grid reference yet but this is where a footpath crosses Mole Road. Grid Ref: 768 685**
August 15th	Burnham Beeches, Farnham Common
	Today we will be clearing excess reeds from Middle Pond. A great task for a hot August day especially if we have the boat. Meet at Victory Cross. Grid Ref: 955 850
August 29th	Savernake Park, Bracknell
	We will opening up the woodland at Savernake Park, Savernake Way, Forest Park, Bracknell. Grid Ref: 887 677

August 29th	Bog Lane near Savernake Park, Bracknell
	The stream which runs through the site is quite overgrown with bushes and trees growing into the stream. We are going to open up and clear out the stream. Bog Lane is off of New Forest Ride (B3430). Coming from North Bracknell at the fourth roundabout after the junction with the A329 take the second left which is Bog Lane. It is a small lane which runs parallel to the forest and goes down to the Thames Water Sewage Utility. Park at the end of the lane on the left so as not to block access to Thames Water. September 12th	Wildmoor Heath near Crowthorne
	Wildmoor Heath is a valuable remnant of Berkshire heathland and bog. We’ll be clearing the heathland of invasive saplings. Meet in the car park under the pylons, off the Crowthorne Road. Grid Ref: 837 631
September 26th	Stoke Common, Farnham Common
	We will be clearing scrub at Stoke Common, an SSSI which is one of the few areas of lowland heathland in Buckinghamshire. Grid Ref: 987 856
October 10th	Braywick Nature Centre, Maidenhead
	Our annual visit to the Nature Centre to clear the pond. Braywick Nature Centre is off Hibbert Road near the Braywick roundabout. Grid Ref: 895 796
October 24th	Englemere Pond, near Ascot
	A day of boardwalk repairs to improve access. Grid Ref: 902 684
November 7th	Heath Lake, near Crowthorne
	More rhododendron bashing at Heath Lake. Heath Lake is on the B3430, Nine Mile Ride. From Bracknell, go towards Crowthorne on Nine Mile Ride, pass the Hewlett Packard and Pinewood Centres, straight across next roundabout. Heath Lake car park is on the left, before Ravenswood.Grid Ref: 830 652
November 14th	Locks Ride playingfields, Warfield
	**** An extra task. We’ve been asked to help plant wild flowers in the meadow at Locks Ride. Grid Ref: 902 710
November 21st	Hemwood Dell, Windsor
	Hemwood Dell is a 2.5 acre area of deciduous woodland. Today we shall be doing some path construction. Meet in the layby on the south side of Hemwood Road. Grid Ref: 937 756
December 5th	Cliveden, near Taplow
	We’ll be grubbing out scrub in a meadow to let the wild flowers grow…..using a winch, mattocks, spades. Doesn’t sound much like gardening! Meet in the main car park. Grid Ref: 914 850
